When you contact us, we collect the information you choose to provide through the enquiry form, email or telephone.

How and why we use it
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, prepare requested proposals, communicate about possible or active projects, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use contact-form information for unrelated advertising.
Service providers and international processing
The contact form uses Resend to transmit enquiry emails. Website infrastructure and external services may process limited information outside Türkiye. We use service providers only where necessary and apply appropriate contractual, technical and legal safeguards as required.
Retention and security
Enquiries are retained only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential business relationship, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. We use access controls and reasonable technical measures, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
